Byzantine Solidus, Inc. is a holding company. We build and hold the companies that make digital money durable, and we hold them without a fund clock, an exit window, or a harvest schedule. This page explains the thesis and how to reach us. It is deliberately not a pitch.
The thesis
Durable money is an engineering problem, and it has been solved before: the gold solidus of Constantinople held its weight and purity for roughly seven hundred years, and failed only when its issuers started making exceptions. We think the stablecoin era rhymes. The lasting value will accrue to the unglamorous infrastructure that keeps programmable money trustworthy — and infrastructure is best owned by structures that plan in decades.

The structure
A holding company, not a fund. Permanent capital, no forced exits, and operators with decades in payments, fintech, identity, and international operating companies — the members are the diligence. The operating model is described plainly at what we do.
